PHYSIOTHERAPY
Physiotherapy treatment involves hands-on techniques to treat various conditions associated with muscles, nerves and joints. Physiotherapy can treat pain associated with sports injuries, poor posture and general wear and tear. We also provide our clients with personalised exercises and stretches to help maintain their function and assist recovery. |
MASSAGE
Massage involves kneading and manipulation of muscle to relieve tightness, spasm or soreness. Massage can also involve deep tissue work that can be uncomfortable for short periods of time but the result can improve posture, joint movement and relieve pain. We also stock a range of professional massage creams that clients can purchase for use at home. |
ACUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture involves the use of very fine needles which are gently inserted into specific points in the body. It is an effective way of relieving pain and muscle spasm and is particularly useful in the treatment of headaches, sciatica and joint pain from arthritis. Acupuncture is a relatively painless treatment and is frequently used in conjunction with massage. |
REHABILITATION
Rehabilitation Treatment will usually include a regime of exercises and stretches to assist with recovery from injury. This can also help with maintaining the improvement achieved with treatment. Exercises will be personalised to suit our client's abilities and to ensure they reach their best possible outcome. |
